[math-ias] Schedule of Curtailed Services during IAS Holiday Closing

[Human Resources]

The Institute will close for the Christmas-New Year's Holiday at 5:00 pm
on Thursday, December 22, 2016 and will resume normal business hours on
Tuesday, January 3, 2017.  Below is a schedule of curtailed services
during this period.

 

Dining Services

The last regular lunch will be served on Thursday, December 22.  The last
tea of 2016 will be on Thursday, December 22.  Tea service will resume
Tuesday, January 3, 2016.  The final dinner for 2016 will be on Wednesday,
December 21, 2016.

 

Dining Services will re-open the morning of Tuesday, January 3, 2017.

 

The first dinner of the New Year will be on Friday, January 6, 2017.

 

 

Reception Office, Business Office, Libraries and Administrative Offices 

Closed at 5:00 pm Thursday, December 22, 2016, returning Tuesday morning,
January 3, 2017. No facsimiles will be sent from Reception during the
closure. Facsimiles received will be delivered every weekday through
interoffice mail. 

Transportation 

On December 23, please follow the normal shuttle schedule. At 1:20 PM
there will be a pick up for the Princeton High School students at their
usual location. 

The regular Institute shuttle schedule will not be followed beginning
Saturday, December 24, 2016 through Monday, January 2 , 2017. On Saturday,
December 24, there will be no shuttle service. On Monday, December 26,
Wednesday, December 28, Friday, December 30, and Monday, January 2, there
will be shopping trips. Please follow the Saturday shuttle schedule on all
four of these dates. 

Other than these trips, there will not be any transportation between
Saturday, December 24, 2016 through Monday, January 2, 2017. The regular
shuttle schedule will resume on Tuesday, January 3, 2016. 

Mail 

There will be one mail delivery on December 26, 28, 30, and January 2 . To
ensure the safe delivery of FedEx and UPS packages received, email notices
will be sent to individuals with details of the available times to pick
them up at the mailroom. FedEx and UPS envelope shipments received will be
delivered through interoffice mail each weekday.
