Abstract: The talk will be an amalgamation of thoughts on proving the
exponentially small gap in the asymptotic spectra of chaotic 2D CFT,
deriving some partial results on implication of having a discrete
spectra (with possibly exponentially small gap) and making some possible
connection with Kontsevich Segal criterion, applied to BTZ black hole
with complex metric (complexified \beta). I intend to keep it open
ended, so that we can brainstorm!

A partial list of Ref [though I am planning to keep the talk self-contained]
