[math-ias] AEDs at the Institute

There are eight AEDs in strategic areas of the campus.  Several staff
members, including the Public Safety Officers who are on duty nights,
weekends and holidays are trained in both CPR and the use of the AED
devices.  For more information and a list of location, please visit

To report emergencies, please refer to the second page of your printed
office directory or visit http://www.ias.edu/campus/as/public-safety for
detailed instructions and types of emergencies.  The most important first
step in any emergency is to call 911.

We will be conducting a class, open to any interested staff or faculty
member who would like to be on the list of possible responders in an
emergency. If you are interested in taking the training to be a responder
for such emergencies, please contact Jennifer Hansen at hansen at ias.edu.
