[math-ias] Yoga Begins Today

Today, September 6, yoga begins in the Dilworth Room, located in Simons
Hall, from noon - 1:00 p.m. There is no reservation required for yoga and
no fee is charged. An exercise mat or a towel is recommended.

 

Elizabeth Choy-Moorman is new to teaching yoga at IAS. Elizabeth, a
graduate of Duke University in Classical Studies who speaks several
languages, began teaching yoga in the Princeton area in 2003. She is
well-versed in anatomy and Iyengar alignment, and also takes aspects of
Vinyasa and Anusara in her teaching. She encourages students to practice
safely, with attention to alignment and accessibility of movement.
