This change brings Duo in line with our other web applications to give you a Single Sign-On experience.</div><div><br></div><div>This change only affects users that access their mail with their browser to the address <a data-mce-href="https://mail.ias.edu" href="https://mail.ias.edu">https://mail.ias.edu</a>. Other mail clients such as Outlook, Thunderbird, iPhone, or Android devices are not affected.</div><div><br></div><div>If Zimbra Web is the first IAS application that you log into you'll be greeted with a login screen with a picture of the back of Fuld Hall on a rainy day. If you have Multi-Factor Authentication set up, you'll be asked to respond to a Duo push or enter a Duo passcode after you put in your username and password. If you have already logged into an IAS web application with Duo, you should be authenticated and immediately access your email.</div><div><br></div><div>This Single Sign-On system gives you faster access to the web applications you use with the added security of Multi-Factor Authentication with Duo. If you have not yet set up Duo, you can by going to <a data-mce-href="https://UpdateMe.ias.edu" href="https://UpdateMe.ias.edu">https://UpdateMe.ias.edu</a> and clicking the "Configure" button under " Multi-Factor Authentication". If you run into any problems, please contact your school helpdesk. Rest assured, if you haven't set up Duo, yet, you'll still be able to log in to get your mail without it.</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks,</div><div>Brian Epstein</div></div><div><br></div><div data-marker="__SIG_PRE__">-- <br>Brian Epstein <bepstein@ias.edu> (he/him) +1 609-734-8179<br>Manager, Network and Security, CISO Institute for Advanced Study<br>Key fingerprint = 5CD3 1511 CFCD 9388 1A53 7A45 3137 D4CC C418 A386</div></div></body></html>
